Terms and Conditions of Northern Wheatear Holidays (Owned by Mr Vinit Kathare)

Room upgrades and freebies are not permitted during the tour unless specifically requested at the time of bookings.

– Any services not used during the tour are not refundable.

– Hotels demand a security deposit, which is refundable if no extra charges for the accommodation are made, either in cash or by credit card. This quotation does not include the security deposit, which must be paid to the hotel directly by the guest when they check in.

– It is advisable that guest do not keep any valuables in the coach or vehicle while travelling or during sightseeing. Loss of valuables from the coach or vehicle is not the Company’s responsibility. The guest will be responsible for making repairs to the coach or car if  guest does any accidental or intentional damage to the coach  or car.

– Price Validity

– Please arrive on time since the coach won’t wait longer than the scheduled pickup time, and missed transfers won’t be reimbursed.

– For transfers made in the early morning or late at night, a night extra will be charged.

– Depending on the final date of travel, surcharges can apply to the complete package.

– The exchange rate in effect on the day of payment will be used.

– Please be aware that the drivers are not tour guides.

– Hotel and other service confirmation is subject to availability

– Check-in time at an international hotel is 1500 and checkout time is 1000.

– Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. Itineraries are subject to change

– We solely function as a ground handling agent when making any arrangements. We won’t be held responsible for expenses or claims brought forward by events outside of our control, such as accidents, injuries, delayed or cancelled flights, and acts or forces  nature.

– Refund and Cancellation Policies:

  • 30% Booking Amount (Non Refundable)
  • 70% Balance Amount to be paid 20 days prior to departure
