Then we leave for Hobbiton Movie set to experience beautiful rolling hills and lush pastures of shire as highlighted in the Lord of the Rings and the Hobbit trilogies. After arrival in Rotorua we check in at the Hotel and rest of the evening is at Leisure, hence you have an option to visit and indulge yourself at Rotorua lake.

Drive to Taupo, home of New Zealand’s biggest lake and the grand Huka Falls. Today the morning is at Leisure and in the afternoon your day is reserved for 5 hours Wine Tasting tour in Napier. You will taste the sample regional wines and champagne at the Church Road winery and later proceed for wine tasting at the New Zealand’s oldest winery, Esk Valley Estate and Mission Estate. After walking the wineries of the Linden Estate, end the day with wine, cheese and a panoramic view over Hawkes Bay.

In the morning you leave for a long journey to Wellington. The road trip to Wellington will pass through the Manawatu Gorge to Palmerston, travelling down the Kapiti Coast to reach the ‘Capitial City’ of Wellington.
